WSS: You are yet to play the top two this season, are you still hopeful of catching
       up ground on them?
       CJ: We are confident in our ability and our work rate, so this gives us confidence and hope
       into climbing up league positions when we play the teams who are on good runs.
       WSS: Oxford have of course been in the second tier of women's football until
       recently, what would it mean to the club if you were to regain that status in the
       long term?
       CJ: It would be amazing to play in the Championship again, as a team we feel like we deserve
       to be there so we will keep fighting until it happens.

       New manager for Isle of Man
       The Isle of Man Football Association is delighted to announce Wayne Lisy as the new Women’s
       Island Representative Team Manager.
           Wayne  is  currently  co-manager  of  Peel  AFC  Women’s  team  alongsidfe  Luke  Stewart.
       Prior  to  this,  he  has  coached  Laxey  junior  teams  and  at  the  Isle  of  Man  FA’s  Centre  of
       Excellence.
           Wayne said: “I am thrilled to have been given the opportunity to manage the IOMFA
       Women’s Representative team. With the existing quality of female players, and the growing
       talent of girls and women footballers on the island, this is sure to be an exciting time in the build
       up to the next Island Games in 2023.”
           Chair of the Island Representative Committee, Shaun Gritton, added: “Congratulations
       to Wayne on securing the Women’s Representative Manager’s role. I am excited to be working
       with him, and his support team, with the focus on preparing for the Island Games in Guernsey
       in 2023.
           “We both agree there is potentially the most talented pool of players that the island has
       ever  had  and,  with  the  qualities  he  has  shown  when  managing  Peel,  combined  with  his
       enthusiasm  and  passion  for  the  island  manager’s  job,  I  am  looking  forward  to  the  journey
       ahead.”
