Section 3. If there is more than one (1) candidate for an
office, elections shall be by ballot, and a majority vote shall
elect. If there is only one (1) candidate for each office, it will
be in order that a unanimous ballot may be cast for vote by the
Club. The election of officers shall be held in March or April.
Article 9: Quorum
A quorum shall be one-fourth (1/4) of the paid membership.
Article 10: Parliamentary Authority
Robert’s Rules of Order, Revised shall be the authority and
shall govern this Club in its business procedure on all points
not covered by the bylaws.
Article 11: Amendments
Bylaws may be amended at any regular meeting of the Club by
two-thirds (2⁄3) vote of those present, provided the membership
has been notified of the proposed amendment(s) at least
30 days before the scheduled vote in writing, with electronic
distribution accepted.
