Committee will include one (1) or more Facebook Group
Administrator(s) to ensure that the purpose of the group is
enforced. This includes maintaining the group member list,
deleting “spam” or inappropriate content, and when required,
removing members who do not use the forum for its intended
purpose.
(j) The Ways and Means Committee shall be
responsible for incidental fundraising projects for the Club,
including the Garden Boutique.
(k) The Welcome Committee shall assign mentors and
prepare a welcome packet for new members, greet members
and guests, and provide sign-in sheets and temporary name
tags.
(l) The Yearbook Committee shall prepare and have
printed the annual Yearbook to be distributed to the
membership during the first Club meeting of the fiscal year.

Article 7: Meetings

There shall be one (1) meeting a month for at least nine (9)
months of the year. Installation of officers shall be at the June
meeting. There will be no meetings in July, August, or
November.

Article 8: Elections

Section 1. A Nominating Committee of five (5) members
shall be chosen in January as follows:
The Chairman and one (1) other member from the Executive
Board shall be appointed by the President. The three (3)
members shall also be appointed by the President from the
general membership.
Section 2. The Nominating Committee shall present a list of
candidates whose names shall be read at the February or March
meeting, with further nominations from the floor.
