Section 3.  The First Vice President shall conduct the
          business of the Club in the absence of the President. If the
          office becomes vacant, the First Vice President shall become
          President. He or she shall be Program/Scholarship Chairman
          and shall make plans for any scheduled field trips.
          Section 4.   The Second Vice President shall plan and
          coordinate Hosts and Co-hosts for all meetings. He or she shall
          make plans for the Spring and December Luncheon meetings.
          The Assistant Second Vice President shall assist the Second
          Vice President and act in his or her absence.
          Section 5.  The Secretary shall keep a permanent record of
          meetings of the Executive Board and all Club meetings. He or
          she shall maintain a copy of the Club Yearbook with a correct
          list of the Club members, officers, and chairs of the standing
          and special committees, and keep a copy of the Bylaws of the
          Club. The Assistant Secretary shall assist the Secretary and act
          in his or her absence.
          Section 6.  The Treasurer shall collect all dues, keep a current
          membership roster, and pay all AFGC District and Regional
          dues as required. He or she shall keep an accurate account of
          monies received and disbursed. Expenses requested over
          budgeted amounts may be paid if approved by both the
          President and Treasurer and if not exceeding 10% of the
          budgeted amount. Expenses exceeding 10% of the budgeted
          amount shall require the approval of the Executive Board, with
          electronic voting permitted.  The Treasurer is responsible for
          preparing a financial statement at the end of each month and
          for each income-raising project as it occurs. The Assistant
          Treasurer shall assist the Treasurer and act in his or her
          absence. The Assistant Treasurer shall be responsible for
          financial membership duties. The Treasurer or Assistant
          Treasurer shall be responsible for making charitable donations
          as approved by the Executive Board and for memorial
          donations to the charity selected by the board “in memory of” a
          deceased club member, their spouse or child. The Club's
          financial accounts shall be audited and approved at the close of
