Article 1: Name
The name of the organization shall be the Bella Vista Garden
Club.

Article 2: Purpose

Gardening enthusiasts learning and working together to
enhance, preserve, educate and promote Arkansas and Bella
Vista as a sanctuary for wildlife, natural beauty, and
environmental responsibility.

Article 3: Membership

Section 1. Membership shall be limited to Bella Vista and
the surrounding area.

Section 2. New members may join upon payment of dues.

Section 3. Members must be willing to share in the work of
the Club, serving as officers, on committees, and as hostesses
and program leaders.

Article 4: Dues

Section 1. Dues shall be $20 per year, to be paid in June.
For new members joining after January 1, dues will be reduced
to $15; if joining in February through April, dues will be $10;
joining in May will require only payment of dues for the
coming year.

Section 2. Only members whose dues are paid will be
entitled to vote at the annual election.

Section 3. Members whose dues are delinquent for two (2)
months, and who have been duly notified, shall be
automatically dropped from the Club.

Section 4. Dues shall be paid no later than June 15th in order
for a member to be recorded in the Yearbook.
