       NWF reserves the right at any time and at its discretion to search all company-owned or leased
       vehicles and all vehicles, plus packages, containers, briefcases, purses, lockers, desks,
       enclosures and persons entering its property, for the purpose of determining whether any
       weapon is being, or has been, brought onto its property or premises in violation of this policy.

       Employees who fail or refuse to promptly permit a search under this policy will be subject to
       discipline up to and including termination

       This policy is administered and enforced by the Human Resource (HR) department. Anyone
       with questions or concerns specific to this policy should contact the HR department.





       Reporting Procedures



       EMEGENCY REPORTING - FOR EMERGENCY OR CRITICAL SITUATIONS



       If you become aware of an emergency situation such as sexual or other violent act or any
       behavior or threat that requires immediate assistance, immediately contact appropriate law
       enforcement, then contact your supervisor, April Bowen, Associate Vice President, Human
       Resources, or Benjamin Kota, General Counsel or workplaceconduct@nwf.org.



       Reporting Violations



       If you witness or are subjected to any conduct you believe violates this policy, you must speak,
       write or otherwise contact your direct supervisor or, if the conduct involves your direct supervisor,
       or you do not believe your direct supervisor has followed up on the issue, contact the HR
       Department as soon as poss  Any supervisor made aware of any conduct must promptly notify
       the HR Department to begin the investigation process.
       Your complaint should be as detailed as possible, including the names of all individuals involved
       and any witnesses.



       NWF will directly and thoroughly investigate all complaints and will take prompt corrective action,
       including discipline, if appropriate. NWF reserves the right to contact law enforcement, if

       Investigations Process



       NWF has a legal obligation to promptly investigate and respond to all complaints regarding
       potential violations of this Policy. Upon learning of conduct requiring further review, qualified
       investigators will complete thorough investigations in a timely and impartial manner. You can learn
