Crisis and Care Support Policy

Over the past 100 years, global temperatures have been steadily climbing, with the warmest
       years globally all occurring since 1998; the top ten being 2016, 2019, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2014,
2010, 2013 and 2005 (tied), and 1998, respectively. Climate impacts are resulting in increasing
incidences of natural disasters, including wildfires, hurricanes, and floods.

Additionally, we are seeing and experiencing increasing instances of social, community, and
personal unrest and distress due to physical violence and mental/emotional harm against

people of differing nationalities, races, ethnicities, religions, genders, and other identities. The
National Wildlife Federation (NWF) is committed to supporting all staff in every way possible.

In the case of a natural disaster, or social circumstances, NWF is prepared to take action as
       outlined in this document.

       Degree of Impact
Following a natural disaster (NWF recognizes that not every natural disaster is wide-spread, and
may only affect one employee, for example: a house fire) or major current event that is of

national significance, please use the link below to self-identify your degree of impact, and
submit a request for support. The link can also be found on the homepage of UltiPro.

NWF will prioritize the needs of employees according to their self-identification of degree of
        impact.
