All Employees
As a reminder, all employees, regardless of degree of impact, natural disaster, or major current
event, have access to the following:
• Open wellbeing leave
• Vacation leave
• Floating holidays
• Family and Medical Leave Act
• Flexible work options such as teleworking or non-traditional work hours, or temporarily
relocating to other offices with better air quality or proximity to their new housing, if there
are evacuation orders.
• TWIC wellness stipend for eligible wellness expenses.
• Access to out-of-network mental health services for employees using the Basic and Premier
PPO medical plans at in-network costs.
• Ongoing mental health support through the services of Dr. Lisa Loury Lomas.
• Discounts through https://nwf.benefithub.com/
• Access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which supports anyone who experiences
problems that affect their well-being and/or work performance. The EAP is also open to
those who need advice on how to assist someone else (colleague, friend or family member.)
In addition, employees can request that they receive assistance from a counselor that is a
person of color, a specific religion, LGBTQIA+, or has any specific qualifications. Through
the EAP, all employees can receive support with, but not limited to:
o Personal worries, doubts or fears
o Grief (death, mourning, separation)
o Work-related stress/problems with colleagues
o Addiction (e.g. substance abuse, gambling, smoking)
o Domestic violence
o Health issues
o Financial problems
o Retirement
