Employees may only use the amount of Floating Holiday leave which they have remaining

in the current calendar year. Floating Holiday leave may not be advanced or permitted to
go into a negative balance. Unused leave balances are available on Lawson Self Service.

Floating Holiday accruals may be used in ¼-hour increments or partial days (less than 8
hours) to cover hours away from work in any 8-hour work day. Floating Holiday Leave may
not be used to extend an employee’s final day of work.

Selected days throughout the year have been identified as Designated Floating Holidays.
On these days NWF will be open for business. However, if an employee has Floating Holiday
accruals available and requests time off for a Designated Holiday, their request will normally
be approved. To be guaranteed time off on a Designated Floating Holiday, the request
must be received by the supervisor in advance of the requested day off.
The following days have been identified as Designated Floating Holidays:

            • Employee's Birthday
            • Bona Fide Religious Holidays
            • Inauguration Day
            • Official Resident State Holidays

Regular Holidays and Floating Holidays should be reported in the same manner as other

leave using the electronic timekeeping sysystem.

Cash payments will not be made to individuals for unused Floating Holiday leave upon
          termination of employment at NWF.

NWF carefully processes your leave usage to ensure that leave hours are accurate and up to
date. Please bring any inaccuracies to the attention of the Human Resources Department
within ninety (90) calendar days of the payday in which you suspect an error has occurred.
Please submit, in writing, dates and type of leave to be researched to the Human Resources
Department. NWF will not be responsible for adjustments after ninety (90) calendar days of
          the affected payday.

Exceptions to this policy may be authorized by the AVP of Human Resources, or designee.
NWF reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate this and/or any NWF policy at any
          time.

          Emergency Leave Pool

In the event of a personal emergency requiring time away from work which would result in
loss of income due to insufficient individual leave accruals, NWF will consider requests for
