Any subpoena or a request from NWF should be shown to your supervisor immediately after
it is received so that operating requirements can be adjusted, where necessary, to
accommodate your absence. You are expected to report for work whenever the court
        schedule permits.

        Military Leave

Military Leave will be granted to you, unless you are occupying a temporary position, to
attend scheduled drills or training or if called to active duty with the U.S. armed services.

You are paid the difference between your military pay and NWF pay and continue to receive
benefits for a maximum of two calendar weeks per year. The portion of any military leaves of
absence in excess of two weeks per calendar year will be unpaid. However, you may use any
available paid time off (other than sick leave) for the absence.

Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of the applicable plans for which you are
otherwise eligible, group medical and dental benefits will be provided by NWF up to two
weeks per calendar year for military leave. At that time, you will become responsible for the
full costs of these benefits if you wish coverage to continue. When you return from military
leave, benefits will again be provided by NWF according to the applicable plans.

Benefit accruals, such as vacation, personal, sick, or floating holiday, will be suspended when
you are placed on a military leave of absence without pay. Leave accruals will resume upon
your return to active employment. You will continue to accrue benefits while on paid leave.

After two-week active duty training assignments or inactive duty training drills, you are
required to return to work for the first regularly scheduled shift after the end of training,
allowing reasonable travel time. If you are on a longer military leave you may be required to

apply for reinstatement in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
