Lockdown sugar shortage!

I started using Co-op Fairtrade Golden Granulated Sugar
in all my recipes when the sugar shelf in the Co-op was
empty apart from the odd bag of Fairtrade sugar hidden
on the bottom shelf! I now use it all the time in
preference to the finer Caster Sugar, with the
added benefit of also supporting a
Fairtrade product!!
