Fundraising . . ,Quiz + Bangers + Mash

Come and join us on Saturday 2 November for a fun Quiz on
‘The UK’. A supper of Bangers and Mash, and dessert is on the
menu and all for £8.

Tickets from Ruth or any member of the Fund Raising team. We
hope to have a Raffle but could do with a few more prizes –
preferably consumable.

If you don’t want to join in the Quiz you can always help in the
kitchen or volunteer to keep the score!

Our Worship Area will be Candlelit this year on Thursday 12
December, when Mount Scar are coming to entertain us at 6 pm, a
Junior Woodwind Band and our Handbell team have also been
requested.

Friday 13 will be a quieter evening but we will finish with Carols
round the keyboard.

We are also planning to have a few stalls – Cakes, Toys and
Jigsaws and Christmas Gifts - so if you can support these in any
way, ’Thank You.’ The Fund Raisers

C U Tuesday@112 - 12th November

Our talk last month was about TWAM (Tools with a
Mission) and we intend to put a box in the vestibule for
you to put unwanted tools that can be refurbished to go to
Africa. This is a Christian charity working in the Churches
throughout Africa to provide tools for people to enable them
to find work.

On Tuesday 12 November Linda is coming to tell us
about the work of ‘Linking Lives’ in Swanage.
Each meeting begins at 2 pm and includes tea
and cake.
We ask for a donation of £1.
