        Action Plan





         Leasing a vehicle    If you lease a vehicle, contact your vehicle leasing agent and request to suspend all
                              repayments for 3 to  6 months.
         Booking Service      Contact your affiliated Booking Service Provider and request an immediate discount on
         Provider             your  monthly BSP/network fees and trip-based commissions. Keep calling and keep
                              the pressure on them.
         Lending institutions  Contact your lending institution and request a reprieve on all mortgage repayments  -
                              banks have announced they will defer payments but interest will still accumulate.
         Renting your home    If you rent your home, contact your agent and request a stop on all rental payments
                              – landlords may be able to have mortgage repayments suspended for a period, the
                              benefit of which should be passed on to the tenants. The Federal Government was
                              working on rules to prevent evictions at the end of March.
         Accountant           Work with your accountant to review the Federal Government stimulus package for
                              business cash flow to check your eligibility – business.gov.au
         Small Business       Check the Victorian State Government small business stimulus packages at business.
                              vic.gov.au.
         ATO Help             Call the ATO’s Emergency Support Infoline (1800 806 218) or your accountant to discuss
                              tax relief options, variation of instalments or deferral of tax payments for GST, PAYG,
                              income tax.
         Centrelink           Go to Centrelink and check your entitlements for government assistance payments
                              – family benefits, jobseeker allowance and newstart – register your intent to claim at
                              my.gov.au and all payments will be backdated.
         Insurances           Review your general insurance policies for any business Interruption Insurance
                              inclusions.
         Utilities            Contact your utility providers – water, electricity, gas, phone and mobile - seeking relief
                              from payments or to discuss payment plan options.
