Site Supervision:

The duties and responsibilities of a Site Supervisor will require a person with the following
qualities and attributes.

Excellent communication skills

Good writing and record keeping skills

Adequate work experience and knowledge for the project at hand

Ability to delegate and relegate work tasks

Persuasive and decisive manner (firm but fair)

Perceptive and problem solving abilities

Objective and goals oriented.

The main duties and responsibilities of a Site-Supervisor will include but is not limited to
the following.

Complete responsibility for on-site activity

Health and Safety Program implementation

Control of Temporary Provisions (sanitary, clean-up, security, telephone etc.)

Ensure Contract and signed Agreement compliance by all subcontractors and suppliers

Monitor all daily and weekly work output

Update and revise schedule and budget with Project Manager

Maintain daily activity log and diary including climatic information

Ensure adequate labor and materials available at all times
