100 – GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Permits
Assist in obtaining Building Permit through preparation of necessary drawings,
documentation and applications. (permit fees/costs by owner)
Obtain all necessary permits for portions of work included in our scope as required
by local utilities, government and municipal authorities.
Insurance
Provide “Builders Risk “coverage for the duration of the on-site construction period
naming the Owner as additional insured. Provide “Liability” coverage in the amount
of $2000,000. dollars.
All subcontractors and workers to be covered by “Workers Compensation” coverage
as required by the jurisdictional authority.
Supervision
Site to be supervised on a full time basis for the duration of the on site construction
by a qualified construction superintendent, experienced in the type of work to be
carried out under the scope of this project.
Temporary Provisions
Provide the following site facilities for the duration of on site construction.
Office trailer, lighted and heated, with desk, table, chairs and telephone.
Temporary electrical service and sanitary toilet units.
Potable water supply.
Barricades and security fencing.
Project temporary signs.
Refuse containers and continuous clean up.
Storage trailers required for equipment/material.
