Provide necessary design, documentation and working drawings, prepared by qualified
and registered professionals for the following disciplines.
Architectural
Soils inspection/reporting
Site Services, drainage.
Structural concrete, masonry, wood and steel framing.
Mechanical, plumbing and HVAC.
Electrical.
Landscaping
*Independent testing, inspection and review consultant.
* Owner and Design-Builder to mutually agree on appointment of all or any
Independent Consultants.
Work and/or Materials not included in our Proposal
Building Permit fees, imposts or any costs associated with land development.
Rock excavation, blasting or unusual sub-grade soil/water conditions.
Building interior/exterior signs.
Window dressings, blinds, drapes etc.
