Site Improvements: (refer to enclosed site plan)

Asphalt Paving
Truck entrance and shipping/receiving portion of site to consist of 4” thick HL- placed in 2 layers of
Auto entrance, driveways and parking areas to consist of 3” HL- placed in 2 layers of
Granular base for all paved areas to consist of an average minimum of 8” granular ‘B’ and 4” granular
“A’ topped with a layer of stone dust to prepare finished grades.

Curbs
In accordance with municipal standards provide 16” deep x 8” wide poured in place
(3500 psi) reinforced concrete curbing, to the perimeter edge of all asphalt paved areas.

Sidewalks
Provide 6” thick poured in place, (3500 psi) reinforced concrete pads with compacted granular base at
the entrance (2) to the office building.

Landscaping
Provide sodding, seeding and plantings. Reuse native, stripped topsoil material stored on site
for this purpose, with surplus topsoil to remain on site for future use by owner. (See allowance
amount for landscaping items)

Refuse Enclosure
Provide an enclosure 12.0-ft. x 12.0 ft. x 7.0 ft. high with a double set of swing doors (8.0 ft. wide).
Construct enclosure from treated lumber framing members and pre-finished metal cladding to match
the building wall cladding color. Supporting posts to be anchored to concrete filled sonotubes extended
to a frost protected depth of 5.0-ft. minimum.
