200 - SITE WORK (continued)

Site Services:

Provide site servicing based on availability, locations and inverts provided by the municipal
authorities, including the necessary permits and approvals, for the following items. All site servicing
is based on the agreed finished ground floor elevation of 97.5 ft. which is approximately 6” above
the high point of present grade and an average 12” above street grade along front property line.

Sanitary Sewer, invert @ 90.0 ft., size 6” diameter with a new 4” diameter runs of approximately
115.0 ft. to the building face including tie-in connection.

Storm Sewer, invert @ 88.75 ft.; size 8” diameter with a new 6” diameter run of approximately
50-ft. to the new manhole location and a combination of approximately 350 ft. of 4” and 6”
diameter on-site piping runs, including tie-in connections and catch basins.

Water, invert @ 91.5 ft., size 4” diameter with a new 1-1/2” diameter run of approximately 120.0
ft., to the building face including tie-in connection and meter.

Natural Gas (by utility)

Electrical/Communication cable and conductors incoming service trench, to the required depth,
from the pole at the front property limit to the face of the new building. (see electrical division for
conductor size, protection details and specifics)
