and bridge the gap in things you didn’t know, and on how keen you were to learn.
❖ What pre-internship preparation do you suggest for juniors?
Talk with your allocated buddies about your specific role, the kinds of project to expect and the kind of tools
they use. I would recommend at least have a good grasp over Excel, Power Point, VBA, Tableau and at least
some basics of a RDBMS like SQL and a programming language like R.
From what I understand companies do want you there, that is why they selected you after all the tedious
processes, during your internship show them that you really want to be there, simple things like some
enthusiasm, good communication and eagerness to learn will take you a long way.
