❖ How is a normal day at the Internship?
GENERAL INFORMATION Wipro is some what flexible in terms of entry-exit timings.
Normal time we were asked to come was 8 am to 6 pm. I used
Batch: PGDIE 48
to prefer to turn up early so that I could get time to review
B.Tech: Walchand College of my work before other team members arrive. Normal day
used to be like planning the things which need to finish on
Engineering, Sangli that day, reading the reports, making the summary of the
work done, chit-chat with team members, discuss the work
Stream: Mechanical done till date with mentor and team members. Wipro has
good campus, so we used to play outdoor games for an hour
Work Ex: Eaton Technologies or two.
❖ Challenges I faced during internship:
The main issue I faced during internship was the data collection. My project was based majorly on secondary
research and I found it difficult to get data which I needed. Wipro has its own channel to access the information
however it is time consuming. Finally, I requested NITIE library to give me the access for some of the reports.
Another challenge was to schedule meeting with mentor. My mentor used to sit at different facility, and he
used to be busy most of the time. It was difficult to get time for meeting and giving updates on project. So, I
had to be ready with key updates and issue for the weekly meeting with mentor.
