❖ What are the challenges faced during Internship?

       • Firstly, my project was totally HR based and what to apply from SCM and Operations perspective to achieve
          better results was major challenge.

       • Being a non-pharma guy, the process used to seem complicated to understand. Dealing with Manpower
for project related to manpower optimization.
       • Convincing heads about the proposed solution and applying it practically.

❖ What did you do right and what did you do wrong?

       • Firstly, there was nothing right or wrong in internship because everyone used to treat me as student
          and even
       • if I did mistake, I used to rectify it asap. But some etiquettes that I followed were:

       • Thinking internship as an opportunity to learn and do work in whatever aspect I can to increase the

          versatility of results.
