Abstract. The experience of many countries shows that the agriculture relying on factors input
is unsustainable and technological innovation is the support for improving productivity and
comprehensive strength. In the critical period of transformation and upgrading, China's launch
of an innovation-driven development strategy is an inherent demand for the sustainable
development of multiple industries, including agriculture. Among the entities undertaking this
task, innovation-driven agricultural subjects are an important carrier. However, due to the
inherent limitations and high risks of technological innovation, they are subject to strong
constraints under the traditional model. In order to solve this bottleneck, innovation-driven
agricultural subjects have a strong desire to seek innovation channels, and agricultural
                              crowdfunding mode meets their requirements.
