15. LEVELLING OF NIVEL PLATES – CRITICAL STEP

a. Mount the levelling plates again but this time do not use the ‘Guiding-pin’
b. Assuming your preliminary adjustments were done correctly, the leveling process should fall
into place. Nevertheless, a bit of patience is required.

c. For better results, EOS recommends using the ‘3-POINT LEVELING TECHNIQUE’ described
as follows:

1) Applying the 3-point levelling technique

2) Start with the primary side

3) With the levelling plate in place, pick only 3 quadrants to work with Ex. (Q1, Q2, Q3)
