11. PERMANENTLY BONDING ANCHORS TO THE CONCRETE FLOOR – PRIMARY SIDE

a. If not already done, carefully remove crossbar and levelling plates (Nivell stays) as you
prepare to permanently set the anchors on the primary side.

b. Clean all drilled holes using a blower, a vacuum cleaner and a brush to remove dust and
debris. The injectable adhesive mix used to bond the anchors to the concrete will not work if
the holes are dusty, wet or dirty.

IMPORTANT: The adhesive mix dries very quickly. Make sure you have
everything you need before starting this process. Gather the tools and
materials you will need and have a second person available for help. When
in doubt, follow the adhesive mix manufacturer’s instructions.

c. Make sure you have the following near you:

I. Injectable adhesive mix (X3)
II. Adhesive applicator tool

III. Blower, hammer, cleaning materials
IV. Anchor bolts
