d. When selecting the length of the anchor bolts (in the US), you may find concrete slabs ranging
from 4” to 6” (100mm – 153.4mm). In such cases, you will need bolts ranging from 140mm –
190mm.

e. In 4” thick slab you may need to compromise a bit and drill the hole to approximately 3.5”
(90mm).
f. In a 6” thick slab you can drill to approximately 5.5” (140mm).

g. In either scenario you need to account for the thickness of the number of shims being used,
the height of the NIVELL plate and the area above the surface (~25mm).
