WHO? This product can be used by both customers in search for a certain product type and the shop assis-
tants who would help the customers in need.

What does the product do?

This device would be an in store touch screen tablet device that will be used to search items in order

WHAT? to search for an alternative product that would be more sustainable. This would also show the materi-

als used in this and the e ect from using this product. This product would also grant rewards for

choosing the more suitable products and search on-line for vouchers on these items.

Where is this product?

WHERE? This product would be placed in shoe stores, clothing stores and even a mixture

of both such as sport shops.

Why is this product made?

This product is made in the aim to allow customers to be informed on the product they choose
WHY? and the impacts when choosing these product. This new digital device would help customers pick

a more sustainable product such as clothing and shoe made from recycled materials.

When does the product get used?

Logo/ Brand identity on WHEN? This product gets used when customers and shop assistants try to search for a more sustainable
Guide-Tech and environmentally friendly product.

How this product is used?

This product can be used in two ways, which includes, searching the product type or item on
HOW? screen by category, name, brand and other options. The second way is by scanning the serial

code which would automatically bring up the selected item with the new options bellow the

information.
