Data Analysis

All the collected data was thoroughly analysed

using highly established techniques in order to

extract useful insights. The data analysis

techniques used for the semi structured interviews

are thematic analysis and an affinity diagram. This

approach ensured a systematic examination of

perspectives, opinions and key themes throughout

all interviews. This will help with understanding and

identifying participants interactions and

experiences throughout their journey to Ireland.

This allowed for to going through and

understanding different parts of a personʼs stay

such as difficulties, expectations prior to arrival, and

challenges with navigation, booking among other

things. For the survey portion of my research the

data was analysed using data visualisation

techniques. For example using bar charts to

visualise and display data results.
