Observation analysis
The data uncovered while doing observations at train stations and bus stops
was analysed to pinpoint themes and cross examine them with the other
research analysed.
In order to dissect and identify patterns an AEIOU design thinking worksheet
was utilised in which from that key themes were extracted and compared.
