Workshops
To refine the broad themes outlined in mind mapping session, two
workshops were held. The first workshop was an internal workshop
to review the emerging concepts, identify feasibility concerns and
brainstorm the next steps. This workshop looked at the assumptions
surrounding parents as well as their wants and suggested ideas.
This helped narrow the scope and focused on ideas that could be
realistically designed to meet the need of parents.
