3. Exploration - Ideation
Parent workshop
Recognising the importance of involving parents in the
ideation process, a second workshop was arranged.
This session brought together a small group of parents
to explore ideas on how the core needs of parents
could to be solved.
This workshop involved asking four questions:
1. How might we help parents feel connected?
2. How might we connect time poor parents?
3. How might we give parents confidence?
4. How might we connect parents on a deeper level?
Ten minutes was allocated for answering each
question, parents were asked to give as many answers
as possible. After the time was up, we discussed
the answers given and refined as needed. This was
completed for all four questions, followed by a voting
system to highlight the most helpful or wanted
solutions to the issue being faced.
