Persona Development
In light of the scope of my research and the findings from the
interviews I conducted, I’ve recognised the need to broaden the
primary focus of my study. It’s become apparent that it is not
sufficient to concentrate solely on individuals with Seasonal Affective
Disorder (SAD). I must also include those who are in professional
settings where their access to natural sunlight is limited. This
expansion of focus is a direct result of the insights gained from my
research.
Therefore, developing personas became an integral part of my
process. It was vital for me to understand the day-to-day experiences
of these individuals. By creating detailed personas, I could better
empathise with their situations and design solutions that cater to

their specific needs. It’s a step that has undoubtedly enriched my

research and will inform the development of more inclusive and
effective interventions
