March, our Women's History Month, is a pillar of strength, resilience, and grace a time to honor the es-
sence of what it means to be a woman. It's also a poignant reminder of the profound impact of self-care
and the invaluable strength found in sisterhood.

Last month, a beautiful family event welcoming my new granddaughter into the world necessitated re-
scheduling our eagerly awaited candle-making class. As both the instructor and owner of Candys Candles,
I was overwhelmed by the understanding and support from the incredible ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha So-
rority, Inc. Epsilon Gamma Omega chapter. Their genuine congratulations and shared excitement, as I
showed them pictures of my grandbaby, have intertwined our lives in a very special way. This gesture of
community and empathy turned our gathering into a space where support and inspiration flourish.
In this newsletter, we are excited to share with you snapshots from our candle-making event. These images
capture the essence of creativity, joy, and the unbreakable bonds of sisterhood formed during our time to-
gether. It's a celebration of the moments we share and the memories we create, reminding us of the beauty
of coming together to learn, create, and support one another.
