PRINTING COMMITTEE WORKSHOP

The Printing Committee for the 60 Debutante Presentation and Ball has
some of the most diverse talent the committee has seen in years. In order
to capitalize on the Sorors’ skills sets and ensure that the committee is
prepared for the historic ball, a workshop was planned by Printing
Committee Chairman, Soror Carol Woods, and Co-Chairmen, Sorors
Carnell Chunn and Lorraine Lacy. The workshop which was held on
Saturday, July 29, served to enhance skills in Microsoft 365; Word,
PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Practical exercises
and documents were posted in One Drive for the attendees to access during
the workshop.
The agenda included greetings and meditation by Soror Carol Woods.
Soror Carnell Chunn gave an overview of the Printing Committee
responsibilities and reviewed the list of skill sets needed for the committee
to be successful. Soror Lorraine Lacy touched on some advanced features

of the Microsoft and Adobe tools. Attendees included: the 60 Debutante
Presentation Chairman and Co-Chairman, Sorors Angel Baytop and
Katrina Eason; Chapter Tamiouchos, Soror Veronica Belser; Omicron Zeta Graduate Advisor, Soror Dawn
Batts; EGO Ivy Informer Editor, Soror Yolanda Dial; Membership Committee member, Soror Sonya Davis-
Dillard; and Printing Committee members: Sorors Veronica Collins, Joycelyn Craighead, Valerie Corder and
Cynthia Crutchfield.
