#CAP JANUARY SESSION

Happy New Year! Was the resounding virtual call throughout as we Zoomed into
2021 and had our first #CAP Virtual Session for our Juniors and Seniors. The
objectives for our January 2021 #CAP Session were to: (1) assist participants with
identifying college status on the College Checklist, (2) assist with determining a

financial plan for college, (3) compile a list of potential schools and key attributes
(e.g., location, costs, majors), (4) research scholarships/funding. Soror Yvonne
Sanderson gave a wonderful presentation on What is #CAPSM? STEPP Topics
were discussed on Applying To College, FAFSA Scholarships, ESSAY: How to write
a winning essay. Soror Yvonne also encouraged participants to visit Epsilon
Gamma Omega webpage and enter their information at: CAPEGO Webpage

eight sorors attended this wonderful virtual event!
