Military division Motovilikha modernizes

production

Special Design Bureau of Motovilikha Plants CJSC (located in the RT-Capital circuit of
Rostec State Corporation) will renew its machine tool park. The purchase of equipment worth
more than 1.5 billion rubles was financed by the Tekhnodinamika holding, which the State
Corporation attracted to manage the Motovilikha military division.
As part of the agreements reached, the Special Design Bureau will acquire modern high-
performance CNC metalworking machines for milling, turning, boring and other works. The
first procurement procedures have already been completed; the start of equipment supplies is
scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2021.
"Thanks to the renewal of the machine tool park, the
military division of the Motovilikha Plants will increase
its portfolio of orders by putting new products into
production. This, in turn, will help to increase the staff,
attract new workers and return to their home workshops
those who left the enterprise due to the unstable
situation in recent years. Yes, Motovilikha has gone
through difficult times, but now the plant has a rebirth.
It is symbolic that in the year of its 285th anniversary,
the oldest enterprise of Prikamye got an opportunity for
a new life - with modernized production, an increased
order book and confidence in the future," commented
Igor Nasenkov, General Director of the Technodinamika
holding of Rostec State Corporation.

The management of the holding announced that Technodinamika, which has become the
center of competence of Rostec in the field of ammunition and special chemistry, will provide
financial support to one of the oldest enterprises in the Kama region, on the sidelines of the
Army-2020 International Military-Technical Forum. During a working meeting with the Governor
of the Perm Territory Dmitry Makhonin, General Director of Technodinamika Igor Nasenkov
noted that the holding was ready to invest in Motovilikha to help modernize the plant and
expand production.
