Typical forms (from the times of the USSR) can be replaced with logs for recording the work and
maintenance of one or another air blower.
Subsequently, the obligation to perform the prescribed transitions indicated in the OC
should become a habit and gain a foothold with the performer at a subconscious level. During
the Soviet era, transaction cards (in terms of mass production) were considered mandatory
documents. The unified system of technological documentation (USTD) then permeated all
links of the production chain at enterprises, including the scope of repair work. Today, the
structure of the USTD has been virtually abolished at most Russian enterprises. Enterprises
are instructed (allowed) to independently develop forms of operational charts at especially
important production areas in the interests of maintaining technological discipline.
Therefore, having at his disposal the original operating manual for the compressor in
question, any more or less competent mechanic of the DCM is able to develop similar maps for
all other topics of their application. Then there will be little left to do - to convince production
managers at enterprises to classify preventive maintenance of air compressors, in particular the
SPINN series, under the concept of "work of paramount importance."
