COMPRESSOR PERIODIC MAINTENANCE LIST

Weekly, on the 1st day of the next working week (before the compressor is put into
operation):
a) drain the condensate from the oil tank, the procedure for performing the work is in
accordance with the operational map No. 1;
b) check the oil level in the oil tank, top up if necessary;
c) clean the filtering panel, the order of work is according to the operating card No. 2.
Quarterly, on the 1st Saturday of the next quarter (under the guidance of a full-time
equipment repair mechanic):
a) clean the suction air filter, the order of work is in accordance with the operating chart
No. 3;
b) check the operation of the system for automatic discharge of condensate from the
dryer, the procedure for performing the work - in accordance with the operating card No.
4;
c) clean the condensation radiator of the dehumidifier, the order of work - according to
the operating card No. 5;
d) clean the dirt-collecting filter of the dryer, the order of work is in accordance with the
operating card No. 6.
e) check the tension of the fan drive belts, if necessary - tighten up, the procedure for
performing the work - according to the operational map No. 7;
f) replacement of drive belts is carried out, if necessary, according to the operating card
No. 8.
Annually on the days of forced downtime of the compressor (New Year's holidays):
a) replace the suction air filter, the order of work is according to the operating chart No.
9;
b) change the oil in the oil tank, the order of work - according to the operating card No.
10;
c) replace the oil filter, the order of work is in accordance with the operating card No. 11.
d) replace the oil separator filter (separator), the procedure for performing the work - in
accordance with the operating card No. 12;
e) clean the fins of the air-oil cooler, the order of work is in accordance with the operating
card No. 13.
