CAMERAS

Purpose

Cameras should be monitored to ensure employees are
doing their job and anything out of the ordinary can be

reviewed.

Applicability

This allows a review of the office to see if there is any
unusual activity that needs to be handled.

Prerequisites
IT must ensure that all cameras are in proper working

order

Responsibilities

DSM- in charge of reviewing the cameras and making sure
any unusual activity is dealt with immediately.

RSM- in charge of reviewing the cameras and making sure

any unusual activity is dealt with immediately.
IT- in charge of ensuring the cameras are working properly

to be reviewed.
