                Purpose
                Provide guidance on how best to handle employee theft.




                Applicability

                In  case  of  an  employee  theft,  retail  will  have  an
                understanding of how to handle the situation.



                Prerequisites

                Camera access
                Report access

                Register tape

                Cash log



                Responsibilities

                Sales agent/Office Manager- in charge of notifying DSM of
                a theft in the retail store.

                DSM- in charge of investigating employee theft to

                determine what was stolen and notify the RSM and HR.

                RSM- Assist the DSM with investigating the theft if
                necessary.
