c. ZM Growth Report- provides a view of the ZM’s growth by comparing the previous and
the current month average scores. It shows the rank and the number of audits
submitted by the auditor.

d. Overall Report- is designed to keep track of all the Auditors and ZM’s scores. It will
display any discrepancies, assist ZMs and Auditors to communicate effectively, and
ensure that we are focused on the same goal.
