V. How to Print a Scorecard

a. Select the Quality Control Tab on the left side of your screen.
i. Select the Audit Form List from the drop-down to view all the submitted
scorecards.
b. Select the action button on the right side of your screen to view and print scorecard.

c. Select the Print Icon on the right side to Print Scorecard.
