VI. How to Obtain and Understand Reports

a. Monthly ZM Tracking- is designed to keep track of all the submitted and pending
scorecards. It allows you to view the Coaching Evaluation due date, as well as the status
and agent’s score.
i. To access the Monthly ZM Tracking Report, expand the Report Tab, and select
the subtab.

b. Monthly ZM Performance- is designed to give you a snapshot of the ZMs average score
by the year and month; it tracks late coaching and submitted scorecards.
