                   •   The Company will ensure that third-party contracts include provisions for data protection and cybersecurity
                       standards.

              Compliance
                   •   Employees must adhere to all applicable cybersecurity laws and regulations, including but not limited to the
                       General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and any other relevant
                       state and federal laws.
                   •   The Company will periodically review its cybersecurity measures to ensure compliance with industry standards
                       and regulatory requirements.

              Policy Enforcement and Violations
                   •   Non-compliance  with  this  policy  may  result  in  disciplinary  action,  up  to  and  including  termination  of
                       employment. Violations may also be reported to law enforcement if necessary.
                   •   Employees found to have intentionally compromised security protocols may be subject to legal consequences.

              Policy Review and Updates
                   •   This policy will be reviewed and updated as needed to address new threats or regulatory changes. Employees
                       will be notified of any significant changes to this policy.
