Safety is the most vital aspect for us, as our day to day working environment
is highly hazardous involving flammable Liquid / gases with high temperatures
and pressures. I take this opportunity to remind you to report all Nearmiss
incidents, which are excellent tools to learn and alert us to take corrective

actions. The near miss incident, which acts as early warnings before any
accident which may take place, every one of us should share Nearmiss
incident, analysis and take corrective action for preventive measures to

avoid reoccurrence. The Nearmiss compendium published by fire &safety department contains
details of Nearmiss incidents that happened during last two years in our PRPC complex. I
sincerely appeal to all my PRians to prove a good to learn about what went wrong and educate
others. I request to all PRPC employees to implement the corrective measures learnt from this
Nearmiss compendium & achieve higher standard of safety.

I am sure that our PRPC team will not leave any stone unturned to maintain zero accident status and
demonstrate our leadership in the field of safety.
