this research is to develop a product (ICE KIMOBU) that is beneficial to the
digestive system and contains guava and pea microgreen. The study collects
data using questionnaires, interviews, literature reviews, and observation. It
employs a qualitative descriptive method with design thinking. Questions
about flavor, scent, texture, and appearance are included in the
questionnaire. According to the study's results, guava and microgreen pea
shoots can be used as raw ingredients for ice cream due to their numerous
digestive-system-soothing qualities, and ice kimobu prepared from these two
fruits can serve as an alternate high-fiber snack that also helps the digestive
                        system.
