               Employee Performance Monitoring:

Performance monitoring is an ongoing continuous activity at SHTPL.
It usually begins with Goal setting and goes through graded steps culminating in Annual reviews
Typically, the process begins with departmental managers setting clearly written down objective SMART goals
for their departments, based upon organization-wide goals. The yearly objectives are broken down into monthly
and quarterly KRAs ie the approved Annual Operating plan is drilled into quarterly and monthly operating plans
               for each department.
These agreed KRAs and KPIs are reviewed at the end of each month to determine the variance: positive or
               negative.
Monthly review: Employees, who have achieved negative variance, would be subject to corrective action such
as training to improve in the ensuing months.
