• Shifts need to be assigned and configured on day one of joining and changes to be made to accommodate
client and business needs promptly during the same relevant payroll cycle
Late Coming
• 15-minute grace is built into the attendance system
• Exemption is allowed for upto 4 late ins
• From 5th to 8th late ins, there would be an LOP of 0.5 days
• Every late in instance after the 8th one will be a direct half day LOP
• Regularizations will not be entertained for late ins
• Shortfall in work hours due to late ins and any LOP arising out of short hours will be a direct LOP and will
not be adjusted against leaves

Minimum working hours
Employees are required to put in minimum eight net hours on the floor. This will be monitored
through Greythr, similar to late-ins. Any shortfall in minimum working hours will amount to half day
loss of pay.
Further, if the shortfall in working hours are as a result of a client visit or office work, the same can
be regularized using relevant option for regularization available on Greythr. Any Unregularised
shortfall in workhours will result in a loss of pay for half day or full day depending on the number of
hours falling short.
VI.E Public Holidays
Employees are entitled to customary paid festival and national holidays as outlined by the Company and
displayed at the beginning of each year. The Holiday Calendar for the SHTPL companies is given below for your
reference and also may be referred on Greythr.
