           Hello, people in lockdown! Yes, I know that Covid-19 is outside, and that is worrisome. But you will worry less
           when I give you tips to have your own COVID rejuvenation inside. Don't tell me you are feeling bored in your
           home. Come on! You are in your own homes. It implies that you have the opportunity to engage with your inner
           selves. It is the right time to work on yourself and to work on your body. And yes, I am talking about fitness, which
           so many people have forgotten. But this is the time everyone! Please wake up!!Just because you are at home
           doesn’t mean that all your movements are restricted and you cannot exercise. You need to set up definite
           fitness goals in your mind and allot two hours per day. Let me share some motivating details that will make
           you stand up and take active efforts to rejuvenate your mind and body.   In today's time, everyone
           prefers to use the internet and their phones for accessing information. If you are using your phone
           too, then for a change, try to search for free tutorials for yoga, power yoga, salsa, and other
           interesting forms of dance. These helpful videos are available for free on the internet. It is on
           you to take advantage of these gifts. So start small, try it for 15 minutes per day, and then see
           yourself get engaged more in it. By the time this lockdown ends and people resume their
           normal routines, I hope that you would have gained an additional skill that also helped
           you achieve your peace of mind. The only thing is what advantages you choose to
