1- Preparation:

b- fold your knees, drop your left foot to the left for two
feet’s distance as wide as shoulder-width (Fig. 2-3)
c- at the same time, have cupped hands, laterally round

d- slowly stand up, at the same time raise your arms up (9)
until the arms parallel to the ground, erect both arms
