faster to the curviest part of the lake. My dad screamed out that there were trees everywhere. My

arms were burning like touching the sun on a hot day when an intersection came up. I rowed

faster and faster to catch up with my family as they sailed away. I couldn't see them anymore,

and the sun was fading into the clouds. It was quiet and beginning to feel like a nightmare. I went

down the huge curb and felt like I was flying. I fell into the water and managed to get to the

bank. I tried running where I could find someone, but a huge tree was in my way while I was

running. It was bigger than a truck and longer than a giraffe! I ran faster not knowing where I

was going. I ran into the tree knocking the breath out of me and leaving me unconscious. I woke

up to people screaming my name and yelling at people. I was in a huge truck with red lights

flashing in my eyes. I didn’t find my family until I got to the hospital. They didn’t know I was at

the hospital until two hours after I had disappeared. We were finally reunited. It was a kayak

adventure I’ll never forget.
